Add analytics to a plain HTML site

Paste it just before the closing </head> tag.

Paste the tag just before the closing </head>. `defer` means it never blocks parsing, so its position cannot slow the page down — it is in the head only so it is loaded before the first navigation away.

Nothing else is required. No build step, no bundler, no npm install.
